Characteristic
Duplex is tautly elastic at the top. The underside of the mattress is hard and springy like a sports mat, due to the coconut mat vulcanized with natural latex.

Materials
Natural latex (4 cm thickness) on a 4,5 cm strength coconut matting vulcanized with natural latex wrapped in two fleeces*of pure new wool is the essence of these mattress.

All mattress materials are checked for harmful substances. The latex consists in its polymer content of 100 % pure natural latex. The pure new wool comes from controlled biological animal husbandry.

Cover
Standard is a organic cotton ticking cover (picture), alternatively a removable cotton quilted or Lyocell **quilted cover. The cotton quilted cover is either filled with pure new wool fibers (not washable) or with cotton fibers (washable 30 °). The Lyocell quilted cover is filled with a lyocell-cotton-fiber mix (washable 40 °).

Height of the mattress: approx. 10 cm

* The mattresses with quilted cover are wrapped in only one layer of pure new wool, because an additional layer of wadding is integrated in the cover.
